Resetting your assessment
You're only allowed to retake each assessment one time every six months.
- Sign in.
- Go to the assessment reset tool.
- Choose an assessment you've taken in the past 6 months. (You won't see it on the list if it's been over 6 months.)
- Choose the Reset button.

Retake the assessment, or follow these steps and take it later.
Mobile
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.
- Select Profile.
- Scroll down to the Skills tests section.
- Access the assessment library by clicking View all assessments.
- Type the name of the assessment in the search box.
- Click or tap Take assessment.
Desktop
- Click the person icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Profile.
- Click into the Skills tests section.
- Select View all assessments.
- Type the name of the assessment in the search box.
- Click Take assessment.

Are assessments required?
Employers will find it useful if they know your skill level, but no, assessments aren’t required.
Can I take an assessment from my phone?
Yes, you can complete most assessments on a phone. Some assessments, however, are better suited for a desktop computer.
Will employers see the assessment I reset?
No, employers won't see your previous score. They also won't see whether you've reset an assessment.
What happens if an employer asks me to take an assessment I completed more than 6 months ago?
After six months you can retake an assessment. Please follow the steps above to retake an assessment.
Where can I see my assessments?
You can find your assessments in the Skills tests section of your Profile.
