We understand that things can happen that affect your assessment scores, such as losing connection during a test or having an off day. For this reason, we offer a one time reset for any assessment that has been completed within the last 6 months.
In order to reset a recently completed assessment, please follow these steps:
- Go to the "Request a Retake" section in the contact form. If you're not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in.
- Select the Assessment you want to retake and click "Reset."
Please note, only assessments you have taken in the last 6 months will show up on this list. You are automatically able to retake any test in which your previous results are older than 6 months.
