How to Reset an Assessment

We understand that things can happen that affect your assessment scores, such as losing connection during a test or having an off day. For this reason, we offer a one time reset for any assessment that has been completed within the last 6 months. 

In order to reset a recently completed assessment, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Request a Retake" section in the contact form. If you're not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in.
  2. Select the Assessment you want to retake and click "Reset."

Please note, only assessments you have taken in the last 6 months will show up on this list. You are automatically able to retake any test in which your previous results are older than 6 months.
