Keyboard

Indeed is committed to providing keyboard accessibility in all of our components. If you are having trouble using Indeed with a keyboard, or with a screen reader and keyboard commands, please let us know.

Some examples of keyboard accessibility issues include not being able to reach elements via keyboard, interactive controls not responding via keyboard, the focus order being unpredictable or mismanaged, and not reliably being able to use screen reader shortcuts.

For those using a screen reader, please ensure you are using one of our preferred assistive technology and browser combinations. We also recommend turning the screen reader on and off, as well as restarting the device as a preliminary check.

  • For Windows: JAWS with Chrome, NVDA with Chrome
  • For Mac: VoiceOver with Safari, VoiceOver with Chrome
  • For iOS: VoiceOver with Safari
  • For Android: Talkback with Chrome

For those not using a screen reader, we recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies as a preliminary step before submitting an inquiry.

If you would like to write to our support team, please describe any keyboard issues you may be experiencing in detail so that we can best understand how to reproduce them. We also appreciate the inclusion of assistive technology if applicable along with the version, your browser and operating system, and the page name or website address.
