The steps below will guide you through archiving or restoring your messages from employers.
Archiving a message
- Sign in to your Indeed account.
- Navigate to your Messages.
- Select the message you would like to archive.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner, above the full message text.
- Select Archive.
The message will be moved to the Archive section of your Messages.
Restoring an archived message
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Inbox.
- Select Archive.
- Select the message you would like to restore.
- Click the three dots at the top right corner, above the full message text.
- Select Restore.
The message will be moved back to the Inbox section of your Messages.
