How Do I Archive and Restore a Message?

The steps below will guide you through archiving or restoring your messages from employers.

Archiving a message

  1. Sign in to your Indeed account.
  2. Navigate to your Messages.
  3. Select the message you would like to archive.
  4. Click the three dots in the top right corner, above the full message text.
  5. Select Archive.

The message will be moved to the Archive section of your Messages.

Restoring an archived message

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to  Inbox.
  2. Select Archive.
  3. Select the message you would like to restore.
  4. Click the three dots at the top right corner, above the full message text.
  5. Select Restore.

The message will be moved back to the Inbox section of your Messages.
