Quick summary
Passkeys are a simple and secure way to sign in on Indeed. They use your device's existing security methods, such as a fingerprint, face scan, device screen lock, or PIN. Passkeys are more convenient and more secure than traditional passwords. In this article, we'll explain how to get started with passkeys, manage them, and use them to sign in.
Getting started
Know the basics
- Passkeys let you sign in without a password using your device's built-in security
- You'll need a device and browser that supports passkeys
- Once created, a passkey becomes your default sign-in method
Important: Biometric data stays on your device and is never shared with Indeed or with third parties, including Apple or Google.
