Email Issues: Basic Troubleshooting

Problem: Indeed's emails are marked as spam or junk.

Solution

Identify Indeed as a "safe sender." Help centers are a good resource for showing you how to do this.

Problem: I may have a duplicate account.

Solution

Close an account if you have more than one. This resolves many email issues job seekers report to us.

Solution
