Email Issues: Basic Troubleshooting

Problem: Apple's Hide My Email is causing issues.

Solution

  • Change your email address in your Account settings.
  • Try a different email address.
  • Sign in using the same method you used to create your account.

Problem: Indeed's emails are marked as spam or junk.

Solution

Check your spam and blocked senders. You may have to unblock Indeed. Here are the instructions for some common email providers:

Problem: I may have more than one account.

Solution

Close the duplicate account. We aren't able to merge two or more active accounts.

Problem: I can't verify my account.

Solution

You'll get a pop-up reminder to confirm your email address. Click or tap Confirm in the email we delivered to your inbox.
