I can't log in to my account

Below are some factors that may come into play if you are having difficulty logging into your Indeed account.

Invalid Password on Indeed

If you would like to reset your password, please visit the Sign In link in the upper right corner of any Indeed page.

Click "Forgot Your Password?" at the bottom of the login box (see screenshot below). Next, enter the email address associated with your Indeed account and click Submit.

Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. 

If you accidentally created an Indeed account with a typo in your email, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the password for the account and will need to create a new account.   

Trouble with Two-Step Verification

Two-Step Verification is a system Indeed uses to make your account more secure. You can tie a phone number to your account. Then, when you log in, you will be sent a code to that phone number via call or text for you to enter to complete the login process.

Indeed uses the third party provider, Authy, to manage Two-Step Verification. If you have an issue, such as a change in phone number, please submit a request on Authy’s website to update your phone number.

Logging Into Another Site (redirected from Indeed)

When clicking on a job listing on Indeed, you may be redirected to the company / employer website where the job is actively listed. Other sites may have their own login or registration requirements, and you will not be able to login using your Indeed login credentials.

If you are being prompted to login again or are having difficulty with your password, be sure you are still on Indeed.com
