How to Share, Download, and Print a Profile

When completing a profile on Indeed, you can share and download it to your device using the Share profile menu. This page explains where to find this menu and how to complete these actions.

Getting started

New accounts

  1. Create an account and verify it. Check your inbox for the email.
  2. Choose Employers can't find you or Employers can find you in the Profile settings.
  3. Complete the contact information, location, work history, preferences, and other profile sections.

Existing accounts

  1. Sign in.
  2. Review and complete your profile if you still need to.

Using the Share Profile menu

Opening the Profile Options menu

Use the arrow icon near your contact information and profile photo.

Sharing a link

Click or tap Share a link to open the Share your profile menu. This menu gives you the copy, email, and preview links.

Previewing your profile before sharing

Review your profile before pasting the link in an email, text, or other communication app.

  1. Click or tap Preview in new window.
  2. Review your profile.
  3. Make edits as needed, or Download PDF.

Downloading a profile

Your profile on Indeed is automatically converted into a PDF format.

  1. Click or tap Download PDF.
  2. Save the PDF file to your device.

Printing your profile

Follow the print instructions from Apple, Android, or Windows.
