- Select Archive.
Return jobs to the Applied section at any time.
- Click or tap the manage this job menu button (3 vertical dots ) by the job title.
- Select Unarchive.
- Report Job if you suspect the job is a scam or fraudulent
Did you know? After 6 months we'll automatically remove jobs from the Archived section.
Troubleshooting
Problem: I can't find an archived job.
Solution: If you aren’t seeing a certain job listed here, it may be because:
- You applied on the company’s site.
- The job was not manually moved to Applied and may still be in your Saved jobs.
- You applied to a job on Indeed more than 6 months ago.
You can get a history of your Apply now jobs by filling out the Personal Data Request form.

Question: Can I delete archived jobs?
Answer: No, you aren’t able to delete archived jobs at this time. This is a feature we hope to add in the future.
Question: Under Archived it says I applied for a position twice. Did I apply directly from your website or did you refer me to the company website?
Answer: You’ll know if you applied on Indeed if you received a confirmation email from us after submitting your application.
