Understanding the Work Wellbeing Score

Quick summary

The Indeed Work Wellbeing Score is like a report card for people's feelings about work. Learn how we score companies, how to understand the scale's labels, and where to apply to top companies with high wellbeing scores.

How the Work Wellbeing Score works

When at least ten users take the survey and review their happiness, purpose, satisfaction, and stress for a company, the Work Wellbeing Score will automatically appear on Indeed's Company Pages.

Visit the Work Wellbeing Score landing page to learn more about work wellbeing and its importance.

Did you know? If you’re an employer, the Work Wellbeing Score can help you understand what you’re doing right and what you might want to work on.

We keep your information anonymous.

  • The results do not include your name but do include your job title, location, and employment status.
  • The surveys are anonymous and optional. See our Terms of Service for more information.
  • To keep the information anonymous, don't include personally identifiable information, such as your name or co-workers, in your review. All reviews are subject to Indeed's guidelines.
