Did you know? If you don't have an Indeed account yet, you can create a new one using the same email. Just follow the verification steps to create the account.
If you're using two different email addresses
- You'll have to change the email address in one of the accounts.

How to update your synced profile
- Sign in to Glassdoor or Indeed.
- Look for fields labelled Synced across Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Update your information, such as your profile details, resume or job preferences.
- Changes will appear on both sites.
Tip: If you have two resumes, the most recent one will be kept.
What information is synced
You'll share the following information across both profiles:
- Profile details: name, job title, location, employer
- Resume and experience
- Sourcing and job preferences
- Account and email information
What information is not synced
These items stay separate on Glassdoor:

Managing your privacy
Your privacy is important. Here's what you need to know:
- Reviews and posts on Glassdoor remain anonymous.
- You control who can see your resume and profile information.
- Some information, like your name, email and resume, is shared between accounts. This helps improve your job search experience.

Closing your account
When you delete your Indeed account
- After 4 February 2026, deleting your Indeed account means you can't use the same login to sign in to Glassdoor.
- You'll still have a separate Glassdoor account.
- If you want to remove all your data, you will need to delete your Glassdoor account separately.
