Chrome (desktop)
Clearing browsing data
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top-right-hand corner.
- Hover over More tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the new tab, choose a time range. To remove everything, select All time.
Clearing cookies and cached files
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.

Safari (desktop)
Clearing website data
- Open Safari.
- In the top menu bar, click Safari, then select Preferences.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage website data.
- Click Remove all, then Remove now to confirm.
- Click Done when you've finished.
Managing cookie settings
In the Privacy tab, you can adjust cookie preferences by selecting Block all cookies or other options under Cookies and website data.
