FAQs
Question: I can't remember my e-mail address. Can I still reset my password?
Answer: No. You'll need to create a new account if you can't access or verify the e-mail address. It's against the law for us to track personal information like passwords, so we can't recover existing passwords.
Question: Can I reset my password using a phone number?
Answer: No, not at this time. We're currently testing this feature in other countries. It's something we hope to make available to everyone.
