Quick summary
The Saved tab on the My Jobs page helps you keep track of roles you like. It's a place to bookmark jobs so you can find them quickly later. From this tab, you can open the original posting to read the details or apply. This article shows how to save a job, how to manage your saved jobs, and what to try if something doesn't work.
Saving a job
- Sign in or create an account on Indeed.
- Find a job that matches what you're looking for. Here are some tips to improve your job search.
- Click or tap the Save icon on the job listing. It looks like a bookmark.
- The job will appear in the Saved tab in My Jobs.
Tip: Remove the job by clicking or tapping the Save icon again. You can do this from the job post or the Saved tab.
Managing your saved jobs
Important: Some employers post jobs directly on Indeed. Others send you to another site to apply. Your experience will be different depending on which type of job you saved.
Apply
- Click or tap Apply now to start your application.
- For jobs from external sources, you'll be redirected to the employer's website.
Move to Applied
Jobs posted on Indeed
- Click or tap Apply now.
- Complete the application process on Indeed.
- The job will automatically move to the Applied tab.

- Click or tap the three dots next to the job title.
- Select Move to Applied.
Technical support
Issue: Every time I try to move a job to a different tab, I get a "Failed to move job" error.
Solution: You may be experiencing browser issues. Check our basic troubleshooting guide for some quick fixes.
Issue: I can't find a job I saved.
- Solution: Check which Indeed account you're signed in to if you have more than one account.
- Solution: The employer may have closed or removed the job. Closed jobs may no longer be available.
Did you know? To keep things tidy, we remove saved jobs that are older than six months.
